Having over twenty years experience in the repair, calibration and installation of Construction Plant Equipment we are well placed to offer you the client what you need to ensure your expensive equipment is maintained in a way to minimise costly downtime and repairs.
However should a failure occur we are also equipped to diagnose the highly technical hydraulic systems found on today's modern equipment.

We offer servicing and repair of all types of construction equipment.
We have also specialised in excavators so we are well placed to do routine on site servicing to ensure your expensive equipment is maintained correctly, we can also carry out twelve monthly thorough inspections on your excavator. Should your equipment develop a problem we can diagnose faults on today's modern complex hydraulic systems, as well as perform set up and calibration on the different systems found on a modern excavator. Fitting hitch circuits, supply and fitment of hydraulic hitch systems, 3rd line circuit/auxillary line set up and calibration to suit attachment set up.

Hydraulic Diagnosis.
If your machine is suffering from slow / weak actuators, poor tracking performance, tracking off left or right. Poor slew performance, poor slew brake efficiency, heavy and slow pilot control levers, cylinder creep etc.
The list of common problems is a long one..............
These can be caused by many reasons some very complex and some very simple, servicing your machine is the best insurance to try to prevent any hydraulic problems. When the cause of the problem is more complex then diagnosis of the system is the only way to correct the problem, by pressure testing, flow testing combined with temperature
monitoring and sometimes reverse operation we can get to the source of the problem in the most efficient way.
